A 65th meeting of Interstate Council of the CIS Member States “Radionavigation” was held in AGAT premises.

On July 8-9, 2026, a 65th meeting of Interstate Council of the CIS Member States “Radionavigation” was held in the premises of the Open Joint Stock Company “AGAT-Control Systems” – Managing Company of “Geoinformation Control Systems” Holding and the meeting of the national state customers of Interstate Radio Navigation Program of the CIS member States for 2023/2026.
Vladimir Tsalko, the Plenipotentiary representative of the Republic of Belarus in the Interstate Council of Radionavigation, an employee of the State Military Industry Committee, and Igor Bykov, Assistant Director for Scientific Work at Open Joint Stock Company “AGAT-Control Systems” – Managing Company of “Geoinformation Control Systems” Holding represented Belarus in the work of bodies during the meeting.
Authorized representatives of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as from the CIS Executive Committee took part in the events.
The following was considered within the works:
* issues of implementation by national government customers of measures for the implementation of the Interstate Radio Navigation Program of the CIS member States for 2023-2026 and preparation of the annual reporting material on the specified program.
* proposals on holding the events aimed at completing Interstate Radio Navigation Program of the CIS member States for the year period of 2027 – 2030;
* principles and procedure for the distribution of property created as a result of the implementation of the Interstate Radio Navigation Program of the CIS member States for the year period of 2027 – 2030;
A presentation of the activities of Open Joint Stock Company “AGAT-Control Systems” – Managing Company of “Geoinformation Control Systems” Holding, the network operator of the Republic of Belarus in the field of navigation activities, with visits to the facilities of the enterprise, was arranged before the participants of the meetings.
On May 22, 2026 the heads of governments of the Commonwealth of Independent States adopted the Interstate radio navigation program for 2027-2030. Purposes, tasks and events of the program have been aligned with the strategy of CIS economic development for the period till 2030, in the field of radio navigation and space activities, implemented by Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia.
The Interstate radio navigation program implementation shall facilitate deepening of cooperation of CIS countries in navigation activities by means of wide-scale commercial use of services on the base of radio navigation activities and means and their functional accessories.
It is planned to implement the set of interdependent events which are structurally grouped in two subprograms, one of them is “Arrangement provision of coordinated functioning and development of radio navigation systems and means of the CIS countries” and “Development and formation of the radar means on the basis of the use of signals from ground-based and space-based navigation systems on Electronic Component Base is mainly developed by the CIS member states”
